Como Bridge Pipeline
Introduction
This project was for the Refurbishment of two 300m long SGL pipelines which are 600mm in diameter.
The Project
The work involved replacing timber cradles, strapping systems, timber walkways, steel handrails, expansion joints and air valves as well as protective coating of the pipelines and supports. As part of the same project a 240 metre long section of pipeline at Engadine was refurbished to prevent external corrosion. Total project value $1,700,000.00.
